| street | 120 Main Street |
| city, state, zip | Springfield, IL, 62701 |

| lat, lng | 39.7990, -89.6440 |
Where does each block go?
On the page for that location. A site with one page for every branch puts one block on each; a single "Locations" page can carry all of them.
Which fields matter most?
Google's local business guide asks for the name and address, and recommends phone, website, hours and the map point. Leave a field blank and it is left out of the code.
Do I need latitude and longitude?
They are recommended, not required. Copy them from your map listing: right-click the pin in Google Maps and click the numbers.
