Opening hours go in openingHoursSpecification: one entry per set of days that share the same times, each with dayOfWeek, opens and closes in 24-hour time. Set your hours below and copy the result.

The example, worked

This shop opens 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. That is three entries: Monday to Friday with "opens": "07:30" and "closes": "18:00", Saturday with 08:00 and 16:00, and Sunday with 10:00 and 15:00. Times are 24-hour, so 6:00 p.m. is 18:00.

Questions

Should I use openingHours or openingHoursSpecification?

Both are valid schema.org. openingHoursSpecification is the one Google's local business guide shows, and it handles special and seasonal hours, so this generator writes it.

How do I mark hours that run past midnight?

Write the closing time as it reads on the clock, such as opens "18:00" and closes "02:00". Google's guide reads a closing time earlier than the opening time as the next day.

Can I list the hours in a pasted spreadsheet?

Yes. In the list mode, write the hours column like "Mo-Fr 08:00-17:00; Sa 09:00-14:00" and each location gets its own entries.
